1. Who we are
Orbweave is a free browser-based puzzle game. There is no account system and we do not ask you for personal information.
2. What is stored on your device
The game saves the following in your browser's localStorage — it stays on your device and is not sent to us:
- Best score, current run, daily-challenge result and streak.
- Unlocked skins and achievements.
- Settings (sound, graphics quality, particles, screen shake, vibration).
- Your cookie-consent choice.
Clearing your browser storage for this site deletes all of it.
3. Cookies and third-party services
- Advertising. The game is ad-supported. Ad providers (for example Google AdSense, or a game portal's own ad SDK) may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. How Google uses ad data · Google ad settings / opt out
- Optional leaderboard. The Daily Challenge can be connected to a hosted database (Supabase). When that is enabled and you submit a score, the display name you type and your score are sent and shown publicly. Use a nickname if you would rather stay anonymous — do not enter your real name or email. If the leaderboard is not configured, nothing leaves your device.
4. Consent, GDPR and CCPA
On your first visit a banner asks whether to allow personalised advertising. We use Google Consent Mode v2 and default every consent signal to denied until you choose. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's browser storage, which makes the banner appear again.
Under the GDPR you may request access to or deletion of personal data. Because the game stores its data locally, you can exercise this yourself by clearing site data; for a leaderboard entry, contact us and we will remove it.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it.
